A message for our customers who have not yet made the upgrade to Streaming TV
Twin Valley’s Old TV System Will Be Discontinued Tuesday, October 5
Thank you for being a loyal Twin Valley customer! Earlier this year, we shared the changes happening across the television industry, including a massive shift in demand both locally and nationally from traditional cable TV to streaming. Twin Valley is one of many local providers across the country to launch a streaming app of their own in an effort to support customers and meet the demand for a superior TV service. There’s a reason why 30 million people have switched to streaming (spoiler alert: you’ve totally been missing out).
So the time has come to ditch the clunky set-top boxes and enjoy a full-featured streaming app. We know the idea of learning new technology isn’t exciting for everyone. The good news for you — we totally geek out about it, and we’re here to be your guide. Act fast to avoid a service interruption. Your current service will be discontinued after October 5, 2021. Call 800.515.3311 (opt. 4) or fill out the form below today to switch to Streaming TV.

Here’s What You Need to Get Started
An Internet Connection
Contact us and we’ll review the number of TVs and other streaming devices along with your other online activity to determine the best package for you.
A Quality Router
Do you have a high-quality router? Is it more than three years old? A low-quality or outdated router can lead to issues with streaming. We recommend signing up for Twin Valley’s Managed Wi-Fi service featuring Plume® Adaptive WiFi™.
A Streaming Device
Streaming devices include smart TVs, a streaming stick or box, or a handheld device like a mobile phone or tablet. For the best experience, we recommend the Amazon Fire TV Stick, which can be purchased from Twin Valley for $40.
An Amazon Account
Regardless of the device you choose for streaming, you will need a free Amazon account in order to register a new device. Do not use a friend or family member’s account unless you are in the same household. Click here to create an account.
