Status of Service
All Twin Valley services are operational unless noted below, If you’re experiencing another service issue or outage, call 800.515.3311 for the fastest service during regular business hours or 24-hour technical support. You may also use the form below to report your issue.
Scheduled Maintenance Window
1/27/21 – Streaming Maintenance is complete.
1/25/21 – The network team will be performing an upgrade on the Streaming TV platform. Streaming TV will be out during the maintenance window. The window will begin at 1:00 AM Wednesday morning with an expected restoral time of 4 AM CST.
Once service is restored, you may need to reboot your Firesticks to complete the upgrade. The Firestick will require you to sign back in. Your credentials are:
Username: TVT and your 10 digit phone number – TVT785427XXXX
Password: The last 4 digits of your phone number – XXXX
