06.20.2021: Call Completion Issues

In late June, we began receiving reports of failure to complete and poor quality problems when wireless or long distance callers attempt to place a call to some rural Clay Center Twin Valley telephone customers. We understand this can be frustrating. It’s a problem caused by third-party service carriers known as “least cost routing”.
