09.15.2021: Streaming TV Service Issues

Updated 1 p.m. 9/17/21: All Stingray channels are back on the air.

Updated 8 a.m. 9/16/21: Technicians are still working with our vendor to restore Stingray channels. We will continue to post updates as they come available.

Updated 6:45 p.m. 9/15/21: All channels have been restored except Stingray. That is a separate issue, and technicians are continuing to work to restore those channels. If you have trouble reestablishing service, you may need to channel up/down or reboot. In addition, we are observing a delay in recordings coming back online for some users.

Updated 6:15 p.m. 9/15/21: We have received reports of all channels off air. Technicians are working to restore service.

Initial Notice 9/15/21: Stingray music channels on our TV service are currently off the air. We are aware of the problem and are working to restore them as soon as possible.

06.20.2021: Call Completion Issues

In late June, we began receiving reports of failure to complete and poor quality problems when wireless or long distance callers attempt to place a call to some rural Clay Center Twin Valley telephone customers. We understand this can be frustrating. It’s a problem caused by third-party service carriers known as “least cost routing”.
